Temporarily Out of Stock Items: We make every effort to be in stock. When out-of-stocks do occur, we will estimate when new stock will arrive and suggest substitutions. We are unable to process backorders. Please re-order at a future time.

General Information: We will usually ship your order within 4 working days. We ship UPS to the Continental U.S. Consult shipping rate chart on the order form page for freight charges. AK, HI, PR and USVI as well as APO and FPO are sent U.S. Mail and may carry an additional insurance fee. You may request other forms of shipping at additional charge. Please ask your customer service representative.

Faster Delivery: UPS Next Day Air, Second Day Air and Third Day Service are available at an additional charge. Your customer service representative will quote you a freight cost.

Packing Materials: We use the most environmentally friendly materials available, including recycled and reusable cardboard boxes. We do not purchase Styrofoam peanuts, but will reuse those we unavoidably come across.

Returns/Exchanges: If you are not satisfied with a product, please call us. We will process returns or unopened items when you call within 30 days of purchase. Credits and exchanges are processed after the product is received back at our warehouse.

Damage Claims: Leave damaged goods and box exactly as you received it. Notify UPS or your local post office right away. Also call us at 1-215-674-2217, but do not send the damaged items back as this will negate your claim.

Gift Certificates Gift certificates are available in any amount $20.00 and up. Gift certificates along with a greeting card are sent by mail at no additional charge.
